All accommodation must be left 100%
clean and tidy ready for the next occupants.

Shell Island Chalets
Shell Island has two chalets. One at the North end overlooking the Estuary and Rhinog mountain range and the other at the south end of the island overlooking the beach with marvellous views overlooking the whole Bay. Bookings are automatically offered to clients from the previous year however there are occasional vacancies.
Beach Chalet - Accommodates 6 persons.
Set in its own grounds, situated at the South end of the Island, This Chalet has
wonderful views of Snowdonia and Cardigan Bay. It consists of two bedrooms, one
double bedded room and a triple bedded room with three single beds. There
is a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker and fridge. The
lounge/dining room has a bed settee which converts to make an extra bed. It is
also equipped with colour television. The bathroom consists of shower and
toilet. There is a sun-lounge at the front of the chalet overlooking the
sea. (Lets are available April to October).
North Chalet - Accommodates 5 persons.
Situated at the North end of the Island and overlooking the mountains and
estuary, this Chalet is ideal for boating enthusiasts and people interested in
bird watching . There are three bedrooms, one double bedded room, a twin
bedded room and a single room. There is a modern equipped kitchen with
cooker, microwave and fridge. The lounge/dining room has a colour TV
and overlooks the estuary. There are separate shower and toilet
facilities. (Lets are available April to October).

Shell Island has three Flats. They are all centrally heated and available for letting throughout the year. They are located within the holiday complex at the centre of the island
Main flat - Accommodates 6

Kitchen flat - Accommodates 4 persons
Flatlet - Family accommodates 4 persons

This spacious flat is situated in the centre of the Island and consists of three bedrooms, one double bedded room and two twin bedded rooms. The living room looks out over the estuary and the Rhinog mountain range There is a modern eat-in kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. The lounge/dining room is complete with colour
TV. and there is a large bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. (NO PETS ALLOWED)
Kitchen flat - Accommodates
4 persons
Approached by outside steps onto a large balcony, this flat is compact and cosy. There are two bedrooms, one double bedded room and a twin bedded room The bathroom comprises of a bath/shower and toilet. There is a small kitchen with gas cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave .The Lounge/dining room has colour
TV. and the accommodation is fully central heated. NO PETS ALLOWED This flat is situated above the commercial kitchens and tends to be noisy in the summer during opening hours
Flatlet - Family
accommodates 4 persons
This small studio flat is situated next to the main flat along an outside balcony. It is centrally heated with one main eat-in family room with colour
TV., a double bed, single and a fold-up bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer and there is a separate shower/toilet room. This accommodation is suitable for a young family with one/two small children or any couple able to negotiate steps.
